Shipping/Return Policy

 

Dear users,

Most of our orders are shipped within a working day, and delivered within 6-7 days after shipping. Currently, we deliver to more than 500 cities across India. Our shipment partners are some of the leading courier services, and you can track your order online after you have been notified of its shipping. In an unlikely event if we are unable to deliver your order, you will not be charged for that item, in case of prepaid order, you shall be refunded the full amount.

We are committed to deliver your order on time, in a good condition and provide you with the best of the services.
In some cases, our shipment may take longer to reach you, up to 7 working days. As to ship the order, sometimes we have to procure it from other stores or our suppliers. In case we are not able to ship any part of your order within 7 working days, we will cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and inform you via email about the same. In times like these, your payment against the prepaid order shall be refunded.

We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
While we strive hard to deliver on time, sometimes, due to the load with the couriers, there can be a delay of 2-3 days. After the product is delivered and you believe that it is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse to accept the package before accepting delivery of the goods and reach out to us on our support, mentioning your order reference number. We will do our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Note:
In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking/UPI, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, your account will be credited as soon as your bank processes it, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

We do not accept returns for any Health product apart from Manufacturing Defect or Damage during
transportation. If there is any defect you need to inform it to us by sending an email or calling our
call-center within 24 hours of receiving & accepting the product. We believe in complete customer
satisfaction, and any product which you have have received in a damaged condition due to
transportation or manufacturing defect can either be replaced or refunded. Refund requests will be

Return Policy
How long will the return process take?
Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 72 hrs to
have the product picked from your place and another 4 days to initiate refund subject to product
inspection.In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on
your chosen courier. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection
which takes about 2 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection.
The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
How do I return a product?
If for any of our mistake the product has to be returned (like damaged in transportation or
manufacturing defect) we will schedule a pickup using our logistics partner, and get it picked up at

How long the return process takes?

It usually depends on the delivery time of the courier partner you choose. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 4 days, and soon after the refunds are initiated. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. When you receive your item, you must check it as soon as possible and ensure that you have obtained a returns authorization number.

Refund Policy
Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would
depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time
taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands
are tied. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalised banks. Expected timeline of refunds
takes 5-7 days.

Cancellation Policy
You can also get in touch with our Customer Care team with your order number to raise a
cancellation request. Cancellation duration takes typically one day after confirming cancellation
by calling or by emailing us at info@health2kart.com. If your order has been dispatched
but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of
the same. In case of Prepaid orders Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies.
